Qualcomm
Request
Built modules, wrote unit tests, and developed graphical elements.
Solution
When it launched in 2013, this Qualcomm site was an anomaly: a Drupal backend (DaaS) paired with an Ember front end—a complete decoupling of front and back.
Architecturally, the site was stunning. We designed a system that ingested structured information from content types. On the front end, every interaction and display environment dynamically configured itself, automatically rendering the optimal form based on environmental dimensions.
The project involved a team of about 12 people working in an Agile environment.
My contributions included
- developing custom Drupal modules
- writing unit tests to ensure code reliability
- designing, optimizing, and implementing custom graphic elements
This project was a showcase of technical innovation and creative problem-solving, making it a standout in my career.
