Solution

I was responsible for the front-end architecture of this massive online magazine, one of the most complex sites I ever worked on.

The main challenge was to create a system where the display of content adjusted based on the type and quantity of articles scheduled to post. Additionally, we developed a workflow allowing editors to compose, approve, and schedule landing page “editions” months in advance of their publication dates.

My contributions:

• built out the user administration interface
• managed the front-end development team
• developed logic for landing page scheduling and content display
• created a robust theme development system
