Cushman & Wakefield was one of the largest real estate firms in the world. However, like many massive corporations, the tools they relied on often failed to keep up with modern needs.

I was brought into the development team to create UX artifacts that helped developers realize a more modern way of working. Rather than replicating their existing Excel-based workflows, a VP and I collaborated closely to design an application that aligned with an appraiser’s natural workflow.

Through Contextual Inquiry and Usability Testing, I crafted a straightforward MVP to give the developers a strong starting point for their work.
