Hey everyone at RAD

SOOOOO,  I installed my old tire on the bike and tested my throttle and everything worked as expected; meaning, the throttle worked on my old tire like it does not on the new one that you sent me.

So, I think the best thing you can do is:

  1. Watch the video on the right
  2. Send me a postage label so I can send the new, no working wheel back to you
  3. send me a new wheel – and when you do – don’t pack it so tightly. I would think the axel got damaged in transit and that is why it isn;t working.

Hello,

I am emailing you because I need used your service and I really don’t know what to do. I have a RadPower Bike (a Rad Runner) and it seems like I have a problem with the ball bearings? But I am not sure: the symptoms is that when I petal there is no resistance in the wheel – the throttle works great … but I can’t petal – or, I can petal but it just spins.

I’ve had my RadRunner for 3+ years and it has worked flawlessness – and the shop in Brooklyn just closed (arrrrrgh)

So, I am not certain if this is what you fix, if it is fixable, or should I just get a replacement back wheel – and where would I even go to do that!

So, best case scenario is “Hey John, yeah .. this happens –  we cover it in <insert_package_name> just set up a date and time and you’ll be back up and running asap.”

Or … hmmm, yeah, um call RadPower Bikes and see if you can get another wheel … good luck ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ “

Thoughts?
